Never Alone

Colour. It's all about colour. Absolute, intense and deliberate bursts of happy feel good rivers of energetic vibrancy and pigments to awaken the senses. As artists are we ever truly alone?! Viewed by the eyes of many; our thoughts, intense feelings or emotional out-pouring in our art forever under scrutiny. But, there is always that one, observing; admonishing; praising eye that never leaves but we all aspire to. Some semblance of creative mastery. Some say we are 'touched' I've heard worse. So I welcome the analogy. We must all be a little crazy to acquire a rank so fittingly deserving of artistic brilliance. Never Alone portrays washes of heavy wet brush strokes accented with the blending of dry brushes intensifying the transition of colour tones intermittently throughout the painting in the remarkable style of the artist. The artwork is framed in an intricately embossed antique wood frame archived and sourced from an antique shop in Bronx, NYC. Estimated to be 45+ yrs in maturity.
